By accessing this Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or engage our services.
Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Palm Desert Concrete Company provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services in Palm Desert, CA and surrounding areas, including but not limited to: concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, pool decks, foundations, retaining walls, garage floors, and related concrete work.
All services are subject to a written proposal or work agreement. This website and the information on it do not constitute an offer to perform services. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties sign a written contract or work order.
Any estimate or quote provided - whether by phone, email, or through this website - is an approximation based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if the scope of work changes, site conditions differ from what was described, or additional materials or labor are required once work begins.
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. We will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work that would increase the agreed price.
Project start dates are scheduled based on availability and are subject to change due to weather, permitting delays, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any scheduling changes to you as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us at least 5 business days in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered, permits applied for, or labor committed, as specified in your written agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to unsafe site conditions, extreme weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Payment terms are set forth in your written contract or work order. In general, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is accepted by cash, check, or electronic transfer as agreed. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by California law, whichever is lower.
We reserve the right to stop work on a project where payment is overdue until the account is brought current.
Where required by local ordinance, we will obtain the necessary building permits before beginning work. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client and will be itemized in your written agreement. We perform all work in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations in Palm Desert, CA. The client is responsible for ensuring that any homeowners association (HOA) approvals required for the project are obtained before work begins.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Any warranty on labor or installation will be described in your written contract. Unless otherwise stated in writing, our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for a period of one year from the date of project completion.
Material warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We do not extend or modify manufacturer warranties.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, modification, improper maintenance, acts of nature, settlement or movement of soil outside normal expectations, or conditions not disclosed to us prior to the project.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Palm Desert Concrete Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
